Piston at TDC and Dial Indicator set too "0"

Rotate Flywheel CCW until Piston skirt just starts to enter intake port , Dial Indicator should  reed 0.080 or more

Rotate Flywheel CCW until intake port is completely closed by piston skirt at bottom Dial Indicator Should Reed 0.510 or Less

Turn Dial Indicator so it faces exhaust port and reset to "0"
Rotate CCW until Piston crown just starts too open exhaust port at top Should Reed .665 or more

Continue to rotate to BDC should reed 1.105 or less

 

Intake port height  subtract intake port full open from fully closed       .502
                                                                                                       -.089
                                Needs to be .425 or Less                                  .413
