                       Basic Instructions for Work Table with Scales

1. Initially, set the work table on a firm surface using spirit levels and leveling screws to level the table.

2. Place the car on the table, with the front of the car facing the front of the table ( the table is marked “front” and “rear”).

3. Raise the car with the “raising and lowering mechanism”.

4. Attach the weight display box with the included cable.

5. Turn on the display using the (2) switches at the top, marked on/calibrate. Push each of these switches a couple of times.

6. Push the oz/grams display switches to select whether to display ounces and grams on each display. The displays should all read “0.0”. If not; push the calibrate buttons again.

7. You are ready to carefully lower the car.

8. Gently push, downward slightly on the front and rear of the car. Try to release the pressure evenly on the front and rear of the car. The displays will now show the weights of each wheel.

Example: Right Rear-9lbs. 14.4 oz etc. This will indicate weights for the current set-up.

Each display will lock after about 5 seconds. It will stay locked for about 15 seconds if no changes take place and it will recycle through and resample the weights. After about 1 minute of cycling, the displays will automatically turn-off. If you need to repeat the cycle, raise the car and repeat the above steps or make the set-up changes and repeat checking your chassis weights until you get the set-up where you want it.

 Caution:  Try not to exert an extreme amount of pressure on the load cells, or drop the car.
There are built-in safety devices to prevent over-loading the load cells.
